First Aid - 1 day [ HLTFA301B ]

This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualties, the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.

Entry Requirements: There are no entry requirements into this qualification. However, a workbook must be completed prior to attending this 1 day option.

Course Structure: Students need to complete a Workbook over a 1-3 week period. Once the Workbook is completed, students attend a 1 day face-to-face practical component including assessment

Outcome: This unit of competency is nationally recognised and can only be delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that complies with the governing standards of quality training and assessment. On successful completion of the course assessments you will be awarded a HLTFA301B Apply First Aid

Delivery Mode:  1 day classroom training and assessment PLUS prior completion of a workbook.
